The Headwaters Builders Association (HBA) is proud to invest in the next generation of Northwoods tradespeople. We recognize that a traditional four-year college path isn't the only route to a successful career—especially in the skilled trades.
Our B.O.S.S. initiative is designed to support students who are ready to enter the workforce immediately following graduation. By providing financial assistance to those starting careers in construction, engineering, and related fields, we aim to bridge the gap between education and a thriving career in our community.
